Paid vacation time is granted in monthly increments dating from the first day of employment.

Vacations

· One week after the first year.

· Two weeks after the third year.

· Three weeks after the tenth year.

Front Street is closed for business for six Holidays throughout the year. Holidays are not paid, but employees may choose to use vacation time on holidays.

Holidays

Front Street offer employees the opportunity to contribute to a 401K retirement plan. Qualifying employees may also be eligible to receive a match of their contributions after one year of employment.

401K Retirement plan

Employees are eligible to participate in the plan after one year of employment. This is a retirement plan that makes the employee a stockholder in the Company at no cost. As a stockholder the employee becomes owner in the Company. Efforts by all employees contribute to the profitability and growth of the Company and thereby increase the value of Company Stock and the employee’s benefits.

Front Street currently offers partially employer-paid group health insurance provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota after one year of employment.

Health Insurance Policy

Front Street currently offers partially employer-paid group dental insurance provided by The Dental Service Corporation of North Dakota after one year of employment.

Dental Insurance Policy

Front Street currently offers partially employer-paid group Vision insurance provided by North Dakota Vision Services, Inc. after one year of employment.

Vision Insurance Policy
