Front Street is closed for business for six Holidays throughout the year. Holidays are not paid, but employees may choose to use vacation time on holidays. |

Front Street offer employees the opportunity to contribute to a 401K retirement plan. Qualifying employees may also be eligible to receive a match of their contributions after one year of employment. |

Employees are eligible to participate in the plan after one year of employment. This is a retirement plan that makes the employee a stockholder in the Company at no cost. As a stockholder the employee becomes owner in the Company. Efforts by all employees contribute to the profitability and growth of the Company and thereby increase the value of Company Stock and the employee’s benefits. |
